My compliments to everyone involved in the recent tree trimming job at my Newport News home. I am appreciative of the friendly, personalized service from everyone. Kyle’s knowledge of arboriculture and his attention to detail on the work order were impressive; as was his offer to accompany the work crew to show them exactly what I had requested on the 17 trees involved, if I were not available to direct them myself. The crew leader was quite efficient and professional, and elicited my feedback on how I wanted each tree trimmed and shaped.
